Fix Problem Notepad Cannot Save Because ANSI

You cannot save your file, because default file encoding is ANSI , you need to change file encoding to Unicode, and you can save your file without losing any data. 

Now Lets try to fix:

1. First, Click File --} Save (On  You Notepad)

2. Change Encoding 'ANSI' to ‘Unicode’

3. And Click Save
